Welcome to our beach house at 16 Ocean Breeze! We are excited to share our vacation home with you and hope that you have a wonderful time during your stay.
Ocean Breeze is a private road off of Ridge Rd.
Bear right off of the exit ramp towards US Rte 1. At the light, turn left onto US Rte 1. Follow for 1.3 miles and turn right at the light onto Old Post Road. In 1 mile, turn left onto Ridge Road. Follow for 1.2 miles and turn right onto Ocean Breeze (the road is directly after a white fence). The house is the second to last house on the left.
Please feel free to arrive at any time after 3:00pm during your arrival day (Summer 2019). Check-out time is 11am on your departure date (Summer 2019).
There is enough parking for 4 cars in the driveway.
We do not use traditional keys for the house. Instead we have a lock that requires a code you will enter. We have assigned you with this code: () to use during your stay. Directions below:
Simply enter your 4 digit code () then press the “lockstate” button. You will hear the door unlock. To lock the door from the outside, just press the “lockstate” button
Each bed has a mattress protector on it as well as a comforter. There are a few blankets and pillows in the closets. You will need to provide your own linens.

Full size refrigerator with freezer, Electric oven with stove top, Dishwasher, Coin operated washer ($1/load), Clothes Dryer
Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Coffee pot, Toaster, Blender, Iron, Vacuum Cleaner,
Baking pans, Cookie sheets, Measuring spoons and cups, Sauce pans, Skillets, Colander, Salad spinner, Mixing bowls, Spatulas, tongs, slotted spoons
Dinner plates, Salad plates, Bowls, Flatware (forks, spoons, butter knives), Steak knives, Glasses, Coffee mugs, Serving platters,
Cutting boards, Wine corkscrew, Bottle opener, Plastic pitcher, Pizza cutter, Pot holders, Scissors, Vegetable peeler,
Trash day is on Tuesdays. Please place all trash in trash bags and then into barrels. Bring the trash barrels down near street by the fence for pickup by 7am. Return the barrels once they have been emptied. Recycling is only every two weeks. Check the calendar on bulletin board in kitchen to see if it is a recycling week and if you need to place bins out front as well for pickup.
Please no smoking or pets allowed.
If the propane tank runs out there will be a spare located behind the house.
Go to the end of the road and follow the path to the beach. You will walk by a house on this path, however this is our right-of-way to the beach. Once you come out to the pavement, walk to the left and then take your first left onto Oceanside Ave. which brings you straight to Long Sands Beach.
